What is the process of working of me like?

I’ve received my training in Dynamic Eating Psychology and Mind Body Nutrition from the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, which is a new and cutting-edge approach to deal with challenges related to weight management, overeating, binge eating, body image issues and other nutrition-related health problems.

My approach is positive and empowering. Together, we will go through your current life situation and look for things to work on, as if peeling an onion; starting with the surface/physical layer (concrete things like the diet, eating speed and -timing etc), and moving deeper layer by layer, closer to the core (the emotional aspects, relationships, life purpose/mission etc). We will find the issues in that are relevant and necessary to address in your life right now so that you can achieve your goals faster and easier. I use effective coaching tools and protocols, that are easy to implement, are sustainable and give results. I combine practical teaching techniques with goal-oriented psychology, clinical nutrition science, various body/mind techniques, scientific research and supportive and compassionate approach.

In modern society the messages related to food, weight, diet and exercise are often negative and based on punishing motivation. I myself have tried and tested a countless amount of weight loss methods and caused myself immense suffering. Only upon finding a compassionate and loving approach have I found peace in my body and mind. In my work, it is my goal to find those tools and methods that are most suitable for your unique situation, in your current body and lifestyle. Together with you, we will achieve results with strategies, that instead of punishing are rewarding and make you feel good.

I see challenges related to eating and health as a beautiful opportunity to grow and develop. I found incredible help with my life-long self-confidence problems, chronic dieting and distorted body-image through the message of the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, and it’s founder - my teacher - Marc David. I decided to become a practitioner of Eating Psychology, so that I could help others do the same. Each one of us has the right to use our energy and time on much more useful and precious things then constant dieting, and we all have the possibility to be at peace in our body. If you feel like you are ready to change your relationship with food, eating and your body, and you want support on this journey, contact me, let’s have a chat! The introductory talk and initial evaluation is free, let’s see, whether we could become a great team!
