I came across Natalia in Facebook by accident, but immediately felt like this was the kind of work that I wanted to do. I’ve been struggling with my body image for the past 39 years, so there’s a lot to work through. Upon exchanging the very first message with Natalia I got a feeling that she’s very pleasant and heartfelt, which got confirmed as our work together progressed. We were able to agree on the timing of our sessions with a lot of flexibility, which greatly helped in the midst of busy daily life. In the initial interview Natalia got to the core of the problem quickly, and asked me questions, which made me look at things from a different perspective. During the sessions we worked through these issues and I got homework to continue the process in between them. By working in this way my self-confidence increased so much so, that in the situations in which I previously would have blamed and criticised myself or my body, I was able to be more loving and accepting of both myself and my body. I was, of course, trying to achieve this before on my own, but not very effectively. During the process of our work, some things in my life surfaced that significantly influenced my overall well-being. Natalia got on top of these, and lovingly but firmly urged me to stop and really look at them and the effects they had on my life and health. She gave me concrete advice, which helped me with sleep and relaxation unlike anything I’ve tried before. As a human being, and a professional, Natalia is heartfelt, respectful of client and pleasant. She’s able to meet a person as a whole. I’m extremely thankful for all the help and support that I’ve received from Natalia. If in the future I feel like I have more work to do with similar type of issues, I’ll be in touch with Natalia. For those who are struggling with body image and confidence issues, I recommend working with Natalia.
